Well I've been at it again..

Tonight I decided to take some more photos and I seemed to be getting the hang of it. I do realize that I need to step up my camera but I was told by an Advertising Photographer that they are not bad shots, so I'm encouraged!

This bag has been an incredible challenge for me to shoot. No matter what light, natural or light box, it just seems to catch the wrong shadows. This one I am blaming on the camera. I think I need more pixels to really capture the cool darkness without losing the design. This is a really cool bag!

Up too late... taking pictures and updating sites...

Yeah, I drank Coke Zero at 9p and am still up. I chose to start working on my picture project as I understand it, my photography is in need of some real help.
My hubby set up a light box for me and we have a ridiculous amount of lights surrounding it, though we both agree that we may need more.
I think the pictures turned out pretty good.. it is my 1st time so I can only get better from here.

Check them out!

What I now realize is that this will push me to do flawless work (as every flaw shows up in good pictures) and will educate me about lighting, positioning and focus. I have to admit, this is a learning curve like none other for me and may I add, flash is not our friend. Well, not at least in the case of taking close up photos... it just washes everything out... as you can see.

I will keep plugging away at it until I get it. Until then, there will be many more posts about this experience.

Good Night!
